Those deals can include cut rates for the term of the contract, reduced fees, and eliminated fees, and so on. It varies depending on the mobile phone service provider that you choose to join with, and if you are unsure of the difference between the two this is when you contact that specific service provider or visit them in one of their stores. They will be able to answer any questions you may have pertaining to the contracts/no contracts!
